Qualified Facilitator
Enitzaida Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In 2020 she completed the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in the professional applications of the Expressive & Creative Arts from Salve Regina University. Enitzaida is a trauma-informed certified art workshop facilitator with A Window Between Worlds’, a transformative healing arts program. She also completed the Motherboard Coaching Certificate in 2021 and the Color of Woman Certification Training at MUSEA Center of Intentional Creativity in June 2022. Enitzaida is a retired Juvenile Probation Officer and serves as an interim School Social Worker in Hartford, CT. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Saint Joseph. Enitzaida Rodriguez is rooted in professional social work practices and personal life experiences.
Invitation
Who: Enitzaida Rodriguez, LCSW your InsideARTside, LLC intentional creativity facilitator invites you, your organization and community based participants to participate and engage with intentional creativity.
What: Intentional Creativity is simply creating with mindful intention. Intentional Creativity utilizes a variety of expressive art modalites that will help participants find meaning and purpose within their lived experiences. It’s a practice and process that activates the whole self, mind, body, soul and spirit.
Where: Your organization/Schools/After School Programs/Religious Institution/Community Based program and/or in the private space of your home with friends and family.
When: As scheduled at the request of service.
Why: To empower participants with tools towards accessing, releasing and transforming their stories with art from the inside out.
How: With expressive art activities, meditation/prayer, self-reflective writing, story telling, drawing, collages, theater, music and movement participants will be guided to paint a composition that will give voice to their unique experiences and expressions, and will serve to document the narrative of their story.

The philosophy of intentional creativity is about the creative process and not the perceived product, therefore no professional art experience is required.
All the tools you need are already inside of you. Intentional Creativity invites you to mindfully access, release & transform your thoughts, actions and beliefs in an effort to authentically connect with yourself, your relationships and your community wholeheartedly.
Offerings
Soulwork Composition
This workshop will educate, equip & empower participants to become critical thinkers and consumers of media messages. Via the utilization of media literacy, social emotional learning, intentional creativity, self- reflective writing, drawing, collages and movement, participants will create a soulful painting that will give voice to alternative media messages.
Red Thread Circles
A Red Thread Circle is a circle that includes red thread. It involves a ball of red yarn that is passed around the circle. Each person holding the thread is heard and witnessed as they speak and wrap the thread around their wrists. Some types of red thread circles you may consider are:

Soulful Affirmation Cards
Access, Release & Transform your ideas, goals and stories through hand painted affirmation cards.

House of Heart & Vision
What we hold dear in our house and heart can interrupt or enhance our vision. Through painting and collaging this workshop will give you the opportunity to see and act upon the goals and visions you have for yourself.
(Three Hour Session)
13 Step Painting Workshops
Participants are guided through an intuitive painting journey. Any theme, may be applied to this process. Each step brings further light to the chosen theme. The Method and the steps creates a container in which sacred work can be expressed, explored and through which revelation can occur.
